• How do I use these stickers with the Speechlabel app?
  Just download the free Speechlabel app on your phone and scan a sticker. After scanning, you can record a voice message or type a short description. The next time you scan the same sticker, the app will instantly play back or display your saved information. It’s quick, easy, and designed to be fully accessible.
• Do these stickers work on Metal?
  All the Barcode stickers work on metal, NFC stickers generally do not work.
• What are Aztec stickers?
  Aztec stickers are advanced versions of QR codes, specially designed for fast and reliable scanning. Unlike QR codes, a camera only needs to capture about 10% of an Aztec code for it to work, making them perfect for quick, accurate scans. This makes them especially useful for blind and visually impaired users, since you don’t need to perfectly align the sticker with the camera. They’re small, powerful, and optimized for accessibility.
  
• Do I need the internet to use Speechlabel?
  Yes. You need an internet connection to create new labels and to scan labels made by others.
• Is my data safe with Speechlabel?
  Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your labels are stored securely, whether locally or in the cloud, and only shared when you choose to.
• Do NFC stickers work in the freezer?
  It depends on your needs and where you’ll use the stickers. NFC stickers are great if you want to simply tap your phone without using the camera, while barcodes can be easier if you prefer aiming with the camera. If you’re not sure which is best, we recommend starting with our Starter Pack so you can try both.
• Do the stickers stick to frozen packages?
  The stickers do not adhere well to cold or moist surfaces. Make sure the surface is dry before applying the sticker; otherwise, the adhesive will not hold on frosted surfaces.
