Standard on all our repairs is:

  • Flat Rate Repair Cost
  • 2-4 Day Turn-Around time

If you receive a new item that is defective in some way, please call Teltex customer service for instructions on returning it for replacement. Replacements can be made only if the defective item is returned to Teltex within 30 days of the original shipment. Defective items returned within the first 30 days will be exchanged with the same item. Defective items returned after the first 30 days will fall under the manufacturer's warranty policies. All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. Manufacturer's warranties are provided for the end consumer. Products that fail within the warranty period should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Should you need to verify the manufacturer's address and/or telephone number, call our Customer Service Department.

If you have a product that it "Out of Warranty", and you would like it repaired, please contact Teltex for repair information.

By redeeming your State Voucher(s) with Teltex, you will automatically receive an extended warranty at no additional charge. Warranty periods differ from state to state, most warranties range from 4 to 5 years. In order to qualify for the FREE warranty, your state voucher must be redeemed with Teltex.
