DECT 6.0 operates at the 1.9GHz frequency, a frequency dedicated exclusively to communications devices, which means calls won't suffer from interference from WiFi or other wireless devices. This wireless, hands-free system is optimized for use with all major traditional desktop business phone models and lets users roam up to 300 feet from their desk without compromising call quality.

The headset's microphone features an extended boom design and noise-canceling technology, which blocks out background noise for a crisp, professional-sounding call experience. And with the headset's 64-bit digital encryption feature, calls will remain secure and private.

Handset Lifter for Total Hands-Free Communication
This business-class wireless system includes a HL10 Handset Lifter that allows users to answer and end calls while away from their desk. The lifter is optimized for use with almost any traditional desktop business phone, taking professional communications to a whole new level of productivity. When a call comes in, users simply press a button on the headset to activate the lifter, which attaches to the desk phone. It automatically lifts the phone's handset, and when it's time to end the call, the lifter automatically returns the handset to the cradle, letting users remain away from their desk without missing the next call. Volume and mute buttons are located directly on the headset for easy access.

Customizable Comfort for All-Day Wearability
The CS55 Headset can be converted into three different wearing styles, offering users the ultimate in flexibility. The slim headset comes with three differently sized earloops for customizing an over-the-ear fit, and it includes a headband for over-the-head wear. The headset can also be worn behind the head with an optional accessory neckband; and because it weighs less than an ounce, this headset is designed to be worn comfortably throughout the workday.

10-Hour Talk Time for Optimal Productivity
The CS55 offers an exceptional talk time of up to 10 hours on a single charge, allowing users to power through their workday without worrying about battery life. The battery also offers a standby time of up to 50 hours on a single charge. The included charger fully recharges the headset's battery in just three hours -- and it offers a quick-charge option that can charge the battery up to 80 percent capacity in just 1-1/2 hours.

The CS55 Wireless Office Headset System with Lifter comes with the CS55 Wireless Headset, three earloops, a removable headband, a headset base with power adapter and cord, and the HL10 Handset Lifter. It is backed by a one-year limited warranty.
