Chattervox® 100 Voice Speech Amplifier with Headset
For folks who can still speak in a whisper, the ChatterVox is a great option. The ChatterVox is a portable voice amplifier for ALS patients who are left with an extremely soft, whisper voice. It is small, worn around the waist and looks like a fanny pack. We offer a variety of microphones that can be used with it. You simply put on a microphone and strap on your ChatterVox and the slightest whisper can be heard comfortably across the table or across the room. Like the Asyst Portable Alarm – it’s battery operated and can be taken anywhere. The ChatterVox can restore a person’s ability to be heard both in their homes and anywhere they go. ChatterVox can boost volume by as much as 18 decibels (which is a LOT!). The amplifier has a built-in speaker. The "fanny pack" design allows the amplifier to be worn comfortably around the waist.
